Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Oxally, a web-based video research and AI-assisted analysis service.
Service description
Oxally provides online tools for video transcription, research notes, content analysis, interactive study materials, script rewriting, and AI-assisted research. Some features may rely on third-party AI models, payment processors, hosting providers, media platforms, search providers, or data APIs.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, or create security or legal risk.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Oxally for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, malware, spam, or attempts to bypass platform security.
- Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use Oxally to generate or distribute content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with Oxally systems except as allowed by law.
Token and payments
Oxally may sell prepaid Token for software usage. Token is a service usage unit, not money, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, or transferable stored value. Token cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except where required by law.
All supported AI models use one shared Token balance. For usage-based AI requests, Oxally deducts the combined input and output Token total reported by the model provider; input and output are not maintained as separate balances.
Model-reported input may include your prompt, conversation history, selected media or research material, tool results, and system instructions necessary to perform the requested feature. Model-reported output may include the response and related generated data counted by the provider.
Requests that fail before producing a usable result are not charged. Internal retries used only to repair invalid structured output are not charged to your account. Where a feature uses a fixed Token charge instead, that charge will be disclosed before you confirm the operation.
The price, currency, billing interval, and Token amount shown in the user center and Paddle checkout at the time of purchase apply to that transaction. We may change future package availability or pricing without reducing Token already credited for completed purchases.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Oxally does not store your full card details. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, we may remove the corresponding unused Token, restrict the account, or recover any resulting negative balance where permitted by law.
AI outputs and data analysis
AI outputs and platform analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Oxally does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Oxally may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, third-party outages, rate limits, provider failures, or security issues.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxally is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
